Shipping policy

made to order

Every piece is made to order in Los Angeles, so nothing leaves us until it has been made for you. Please expect your order to ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Delays can happen further than this. If yours is running behind, we'll email you.

shipping rates & delivery

We ship within the United States. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes [3-5] business days. The final cost and delivery estimate appear at checkout.

tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't seen it and your order is past the 2-week mark, email us at saturdayarchivesbrand@gmail.com.

order changes

Because we begin making your piece shortly after you order, changes to size, color or address are only possible early on. Email us as soon as you can at saturdayarchivesbrand@gmail.com and we'll do our best.

address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but if you notice a mistake, contact us right away.

international orders

We currently ship within the United States only. 

lost, damaged or wrong items

If your package is lost, arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right. Please keep any packaging and send us a photo if something arrives damaged.
