returns

You have 14 days after your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your piece must be in the condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at saturdayarchivesbrand@gmail.com. If it's accepted, we'll send a return label and simple instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without first contacting us can't be accepted.

damages & issues

Every piece is made to order, so we want it to arrive perfect. Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right.

We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the size or style you'd like.

european union cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to explain. The same condition rules apply: unworn, unwashed, with tags, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a little extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, email us at saturdayarchivesbrand@gmail.com.
